My name is Sarah, I teach slow hatha and restorative yoga classes in Bristol. I am a former Art Teacher and Person-Centred Therapist.

I have found that a regular yoga practice has helped me to feel more grounded and therefore able to manage the stresses of daily life.

Incorporating moments of mindful movement and relaxation into our weekly schedules has so many benefits. It gets us out of a state of ‘always doing’, reduces stress, quietens a busy mind and brings more balance to our lives.

My classes offer slow mindful movement and restorative yoga. A space for reflection and deep rest.

I completed my 200 hour Hatha and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Course at The Bristol School of Yoga in September 2024.
